Middlesex OPP are investigating a fatal collision north of London that killed an 89-year-old man.
Police were called to Adelaide Street at Ilderton Rd around 4:45 p.m. Saturday, after a car collided with a van.
The man, Bruce Hotson from Middlesex Centre was rushed to hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
A 38-year-old male driver and 39-year-old female passenger, both from Middlesex Centre were in the van.
The woman remains in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries in stable condition.
