LONDON, Ont. - A man is in serious condition after being stabbed in the torso during a violent robbery in London but police say he is expected to survive.
Police say the man was attacked by an unknown number of assailants around 1 a.m. Saturday near 520 Mornington Avenue in the city's east end, but the suspects fled before officers arrived.
The investigation is in its early stages and police are asking for anyone with information on the incident to contact them.
