A West Perth man has been charged with assault and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle after a road rage incident in Mitchell.
Just before 1:30 p.m. Friday, OPP were called to the intersection of Ontario Road and St. David Street.
Police say a Dodge SUV pulled in front of a motorcycle and the bike had to brake hard to avoid a crash.
The SUV then followed the motorcycle closely and tried to pass it several times.
The two drivers pulled over at the intersection and that's when the alleged assault took place.
A 52 year-old man will appear in a Stratford court on Aug. 8.
