London's Theresa Carriere is doing it again.

Running 100 kilometres from Sarnia to London in a single day to raise money for breast cancer research.

This is the third time Carrierre has done this run, effectively doing four marathons in one day.

She admits that despite the cool temperatures, the run took its toll - requiring a quick massage along the way.

"It is gruelling , yes, absolutely. But it's all for a good cause."

Carrierre says she's had more support on this run than ever before and the key is raising money for breast cancer research and treatments.

"We're going to keep going whether I'm running or not so we can help support those families and those patients and make their journey a little less stressful."

Those along the route admire her efforts, including Alecia Vienna was out with her two children to offer support.

"My grandma had cancer so I thought we'd come out and show our support."

The goal of the run is $150,000.
