London psychiatrist Stanley Dobrowolski faces 40 more charges for allegedly secretly videotaping female patients.

He now faces a total of 43 charges. He was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of voyeurism on Nov. 6, 2012.

Police say 19 more women have provided information that led to the arrest of Dobrowolski on Monday.

London police executed a search warrant at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario on Jan 24.

Officers obtained computers and various electronic storage devices that had been seized by the College from Dobrowolski’s office at 47 Victoria Street.

Investigators examined the devices and determined that women had been video-recorded during examinations without their informed consent, according to police. This led to an appeal to the public asking women who had prior contact with Dobrowolski to call the police.

Dobrowolski now faces 18 counts of sexual assault, 10 counts of voyeurism, 12 counts of breach of a court order, one count of child exploitation contrary, one count of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Police say the counts of child exploitation, producing child pornography, and possessing child pornography are related to incidents involving a 17-year-old female.

With the consent of the women involved, London police say they have referred 28 cases of potential professional misconduct to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

London police say they have concluded the investigation involving Dobrowolski.
