A London man is facing impaired driving and drug charges following an incident early Sunday morning.
Around 1:30 a.m. a citizen called London Police to report a possible impaired driver in a grey Mazda near Dundas Street and Wavell Street.
Officers located the drive and was subsequently arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle and was taken to police headquarters.
David Lalich of London, 50, has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood and possession of a schedule I substance.
