Lambton OPP say a 28-year-old Kincardine man was arrested on Christmas Day after allegedly assaulting an officer.
Officials say officers were investigating a disturbance involving the man around 4 p.m. Wednesday on Waubuno Road southeast of Sarnia, when the assault took place.
No injuries to OPP officers or the male were reported.
The male was being held in custody pending a bail hearing where he was expected to face charges including: assault police, assault police with intent to prevent arrest, resist arrest and fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking.
