Glendon Drive is closed near highway 402 after a transport truck and car collided around 10:30 a.m.
There were reports that a car became wedged under the transport and that one person was trapped with unknown injuries.
Details from the scene remain sparse and CTV London has a reporter heading to the scene.
The on and off ramps from the 402 to Glendon Drive are closed.
