Grey County OPP say one person is dead following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called the scene between Concession 2 and Sideroad 10 shortly after 1:40 p.m. for reports of a serious motor vehicle collision in the Township of Chatsworth.
Investigators say a 2012 Nissan Rogue was travelling northbound on Highway 10 when it crossed the centre line and collided head on with a southbound 2003 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.
The driver of the Nissan is confirmed dead, but the person's identity is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
The male driver and a female passenger in the Dodge pickup truck were transported to the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound via ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP West Regional Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit is assisting with the investigation.
Highway 10 between Concession 2 and Sideroad 10 was expected to reopen around 6:30 p.m.
