South Bruce OPP say a 26-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries after a crash in Carrick Township early Sunday.
Police were called to the intersection of Highway 9 and Concession 12 East, southwest of Walkerton, shortly before 3 a.m. for reports of a collision.
Investigators say a grey Chevrolet was southbound on Highway 9, then turned onto Concession 12 East and was struck by a yellow Yamaha dirt bike.
The dirt bike rider, from Brockton, was airlifted to hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit has been called in to assist the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
