A three-year-old boy who was pulled from a pond at a Hamilton Road residence with no vital signs is improving in hospital.
The child has been upgraded from critical to fair, police said Tuesday.
Emergency crews were called to the home on Friday afternoon after a family member found the boy face down in the pond.
It is unclear how the child ended up in the water or how long he was there.
Police say no charges will be laid.
