South Bruce OPP have laid charges after a serious two-vehicle crash in Bruce Township nearly two weeks ago.
The crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. on Aug. 30, at the intersection of Concession 2 and J1 Side Road.
Police say an eastbound GMC Sierra pickup struck a Ford Mustang that was northbound on J1 Side Road.
The crash sent five people two hospital, including two with life-threatening injuries.
As a result, the driver of the Mustang, 44-year-old Robert Mushaw of Hamilton has been charged with disobey stop sign - fail to stop.
