To mark their 37th anniversary the Maitland Air Cadets are bringing the Snowbirds to Goderich.

Mark June 24th on your calendar. Canada's precision flying team will be hitting the skies along the Lake Huron shoreline at 6 p.m. that day.

They'll be joined by the SkyHawks - the Canadian Armed Forces parachute team - and a CF-18 Hornet demonstration will take place as well.

One of the Snowbird pilots is a Huron County native, so the Cadets only felt it was right to try and bring the Snowbirds to town, so local boy Bart Postma could strut his stuff.

The Snowbirds were last in Goderich in 2008.
